BOOKING CONDITIONS

You can book the cabin either by calling 03 4766104 (restaurant) or 03 4762122 (home) or by sending an email to restaurant@helvetinportti.fi.

The renter must be of legal age (18 years old).

Booking fee
A booking fee of 250 euro is charged for summer weeks and 150 eur for cut-off weeks, and it must be paid by the booker within two weeks of booking. The final payment can be made either at the same time, three days before arrival or on arrival by cash or debit / credit card. If the booking fee is not paid on time, the booking will lapse. The booking fee is non-refundable. If the renter does not arrive on time or ends the holiday during the booking period, the rental amount will not be refunded. Even if the booking has to be canceled due to the tenant’s disturbing behavior etc., the rent will not be refunded.

Things included in the rent
The rent includes firewood, electricity and water, as well as cleaning supplies and materials. If necessary, you can ask us for more cleaning supplies.

Handover of the cabin
The customer will hand over the cabin by 12:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

Final cleaning
Final cleaning includes dishwashing, rubbish removal, bed linen, carpet dusting, level wiping, floor vacuuming / sweeping and washing. The sauna and toilet must also be cleaned. The yard and barbecue area are left in a clean condition. If you wish, you can order final cleaning (60€). If the places have been cleaned poorly / not cleaned at all, we will have to charge double the price for emergency cleaning (120€).

Arrival
Please let us know your arrival time in advance so that one of our staff is ready to present the cabin. When you arrive, you can register either at our home farm Helvetinkoluntie 707 (wild boar and ostrich farm) or at Restaurant Helvetin Portti, Helvetinkoluntie 775, 34640 Ruovesi.
